Australian guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel will be touring Japan later this month. He will be performing in Osaka at 7pm (Japanese time) on the 20th Oct @ Osaka Kouseinenkin Hall with special guest Kazumi Watanabe showcasing Maton guitars. Anthony Knowles (marketing and A&R) and Michael Foley have recently been putting the finishing touches on a project that will be of great interest to those of you who have been supporting Maton electric guitars. They have been fortunate enough to enlist the talents and services of one Simon Hosford, known to most of you as the professor of shredding and all things warm and fuzzy in electric guitar world. This clinic is incredible. Simon eloquently and informatively talks the attendees through all of the major models and then proceeds to tear them to pieces with the aid of backing tracks and pure skill. He has done a mountain of work and his knowledge of the product is first class. Once you get past the sound of peoples jaws dropping, we find you will comfortably settle in to an hour or so of enjoyable guitar activity. If you are carrying the Mastersounds and are interested in hosting one of these evenings, let me know and we can get the ball rolling.
