After winning Australia’s got talent, Joe made his way to Nashville to record... While in town he dropped into visit finger-style heavyweight Pat Bergeson.

“Joe and I have been hanging out together here in Nashville. He came over to my house and we sat and played guitars for a few hours and gave each other a lesson... Joe has been coming to my gigs around town and I have been bragging about him to everyone because he is a good kid and a great player. I get him to sit in with the band every now and then and he just tears it up. I am a huge fan!”.......

Maton Starline 4606 60th Anniversary

Wer an Australien und Musik denkt, der kommt nahezu zwangsläufig auf den Welthit „Down Under“ von Men at Work…und auf das unsägliche Didgeridoo. Und auf Saiteninstrumente? Die Firma Maton hat ihren Sitz auf diesem Eiland und produziert erstklassige Gitarren. Bereits in der Ausgabe 4/2007 stellte grand gtrs drei Exemplare von Maton vor: BB1200, MS2000DLX und MS500. Nun soll nachgelegt werden. Et voilà: eine Maton Archtop, noch dazu ein Anniversary-Modell.
