Maton’s new semi-acoustic ‘BB1200’ is now in stores. This hollow body electric combines a new look with a classic tone. A Queensland Maple body, capped with either Rock Maple or Victorian Blackwood, and a Rock Maple neck gives the BB1200 maximum sustain, a beautifully warm and rounded tone, and enough bite to give the guitar its own place when in live situations. The high gloss finish is available in ultra blue, cherry, black, natural, and wine red sunburst (custom colours are available and attract an additional cost). The BB1200 is fitted with Tonepros nickel stop tailpiece and bridge set and Maton JHB & JHN pickups with Alnico 8 magnets, developed specifically for the BB’. Artists such as Joshua Homme, Jesse 'Devil' Hughes of the Eagles of Death Metal, and Tommy Emmanuel, already own the BB1200 and they are in high demand.
